Bombay in a bun is a boutique gourmet fast food company. They bring in light, the famous ‘Bombay Pav’ served in a new-age fusion style burger-type snack built for the Indian Pallete. Their idea is to make the humble ‘Bombay Pav’ a hero by bringing to you, street food with a twist. Ranging from gourmet vada pavs to pavs filled with juicy kebabs dressed up with their in-house dips and sauces for a unique street food experience.
The FOP showcases an illustration that captures the spirit of 'Bombay'. The illustration is made with a place that defines the city and a job or activity that defines the people. A trip to Mumbai is incomplete without a ride in the infamous "Kaali Peeli" taxi or a visit to the "Gateway of India". The engineering marvel of the Bandra Worli Sea link and the fishermen community of Bombay is highlighted in one of the illustrations whereas on illustration portays the Mumbai Locals and the world famous business of Dabbawale's.
